  • 1-Beginner’s Mind (Reality is fresh).

  • 2-Non-judging.

  • 3-Acceptance (Active staying with experience and acting from there. It’s not resignation nor condoning).

  • 4-Letting go (Opposite of clinging & grasping, letting be, non-attachment).

  • 5-Trust.

  • 6-Patience (Anxious to get to the next moment, therefore missing the present moment).

  • 7-Non-striving (Non-doing. Doesn’t mean you don’t get things done. Simply being with the unfoldment of reality without any specific agenda).

  • 8-Gratitude.

  • 9-Generosity .
